Marcel started his career as a change management consultant. He then worked for over 30 years at board level in the travel industry, including at Schiphol Airport, online travel agents, tour operators and cruise lines. His expertise was mainly in (online) marketing, sales, business development, e-commerce and general management. Meanwhile, Marcel has focused on the structured development and implementation of change processes in the field of sustainability and circularity.
